Great location. Not the cleanest unfortunately.
Positive: The location
Negative: The fridge smells. It wasn’t the cleanest. No bins in bedrooms. We had to buy batteries as the remote wasn’t working for tv. Needs tidying up in front and back of the house. Garden needs cutting. Tuck sometime to figure out how the heating worked.

Fairly basic but incredibly convenient for the ICC
Positive: Terrific location for ICC. Great choice of places to eat. One free parking space.
Negative: Generally meets the standards of a rented student house, not better. Front garden is a mess, rear lawn is a jungle.
