Entire 4 beds, 2 baths & 3 mins walking to ICC

Negative: Despite the check-in time being 3:00 PM, we arrived at the property at the agreed time, only to find that the cleaning was still in progress. We had to wait outside for approximately two hours and were only able to enter and settle into the property at around 5:00 PM. The property also had several issues that were not accurately reflected in the listing: For a four-bedroom house, the living room was very small and there was not enough comfortable seating for everyone. When the bathroom was used, the water drained into an area immediately next to the kitchen door, which caused a strong sewage smell. The garden was poorly maintained and neglected. The kitchen was not as shown in the photographs, and the location of the extractor hood was poorly designed and inconvenient. Most importantly, the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. All the beds in the house were exceptionally hard, almost like sleeping on concrete, making it impossible for us to sleep properly. We had booked the property for three nights, but due to the poor conditions and especially the extremely uncomfortable beds, we were unable to stay for more than one night. We had to leave the property for the sake of our health and find alternative accommodation. Overall, the property did not meet the standards or expectations created by the Booking.com listing.

Adoramos tudo . Positive: Os quartos todos muito espaçosos, e bem arrumados . Negative: Achei o quintal pouco aproveitado . Deveria ter uma mesinha para café ou almoço ao ar livre . O espaço é ótimo mas pouco aproveitado .

Positive: Excellent location - everything within easy walking distance Clean apartment - had everything needed 4 people - 4 rooms - perfect, everything as pictured online Negative: Everything was fine for our purposes - nothing to improve
