• No Parties or Events :Please respect our neighbors and the property-parties and events are strictly prohibited.
• No Smoking: This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation or in any indoor common areas.
• We accept pets for some properties
• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is from 03:00PM, and check-out is by 11:00AM. Please let us know if you need to arrange different times.
• Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between [10 PM and 7 AM] to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
• Respect the Property: Please treat our home with care and report any damages or issues promptly.
• Maximum Occupancy: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. No unregistered visitors without prior approval.
• Cleanliness: Please leave the accommodation in a tidy condition upon departure. Dispose of rubbish in the designated bins.
